Fencing is fun.

Modern fencing is a dynamic, highly athletic sport that also maintains its classic characteristics of precision, finesse, and mental engagement. An individual sport that is practiced in teams, fencing is great for building self-confidence and discipline. It is a difficult sport to master, and starting early can lead to a lifetime of rewarding challenge.

Sara Amr Hossny competing at her first national championships and winning her second straight gold after winning gold in Texas North American Cup, who went 6-0 in pools and 6-0 in the DE’s, After giving up four total points in her first four DEs combined, Amr Hossny posted a 10-7 victory in the semis over Chloe Sun (Orange County Fencing Center), the silver medalist at the April NAC. In a rematch of the April NAC semis, Amr Hossny defeated Renee Chen (Gutkovskiy Fencing Academy), 9-5, for her first national championship.
